Planting Seeds for Healing to Root
We’ve Been Busy!
On March, 10th, Enneagram RX - an initiative to support women navigating chronic stress, pain and illness, launched at Blue Turtles Art & Wellness in Lino Lakes, MN. Since then, we have been growing in beautiful ways.
Together we’ve:
Facilitated 5 different workshops in the past 6 weeks, introducing our approach of using Enneagram and mind-body science for women facing chronic conditions
Welcomed nearly 40 women into our workshops at Blue Turtles Art & Wellness
Facilitated a sound healing experience at Best Buy Headquarters to support their HOPE Fund, which helps employees manage unforeseen financial hardships
Co-created a pre-surgery sound healing circle where seven women gathered to support a friend facing cancer surgery. Through shared intention and sound healing, she entered surgery feeling empowered, supported, and deeply connected to her own healing.
Reached 16 participants in our first virtual offering through Gilda’s Club, sharing how the Enneagram can support healing during one’s cancer journey
