Cultivating Calm - a Day Retreat

  • 4601 Excelsior Boulevard, Suite 410B Minneapolis, MN, 55416 United States (map)

This retreat weaves together experiential learning, mind–body practices, embodied breathwork, sound healing, reflection time, and supportive community sharing to create space for meaningful restoration and personal growth.

As stress quietly accumulates, what once felt manageable may begin to feel constant—showing up as mental fatigue, heightened emotions, or tension in the body. We may begin to judge how we show up for others and, eventually, turn that same judgment toward ourselves.

Cultivating Calm offers a full day to step out of that disconcerting rhythm and judgment. This restorative experience creates space to slow down, gently unwind, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.
