The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-awareness and personal growth. At its core are the three Centers of Intelligencehead, heart, and body—which shape how we think, feel, and respond to the world.

Each of us naturally leans on one center more than the others. Under stress or during illness, this imbalance can leave us feeling disconnected, reactive, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, keeping us in an unintentional cycle of dis-ease.

Working with the Centers helps women reconnect with themselves—awakening the inner resources of clarity (head), compassion (heart), and groundedness (body). This simple yet profound awareness is often the first step in navigating chronic conditions with greater presence, resilience, and self-trust.

Mind-Body Science

True healing begins when we stop searching outside ourselves for fixes and start turning inward—getting to know ourselves more deeply and discovering the tools and resources that truly support our unique healing needs.

Mind-Body Science gives us a framework for doing just that. Backed by decades of research, it demonstrates how our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are deeply interconnected—and how chronic stress can keep the body stuck in survival mode, exacerbating symptoms and eroding our sense of wellbeing.

We guide women to gently reconnect with their bodies through practical, evidence-based tools, including breathwork, nervous system education, body awareness, and self-compassion. These practices help create safety from within, allowing the nervous system to regulate, calm, and restore.

Community

For many women living with chronic stress, pain, or illness, the journey can feel lonely and misunderstood. Friends and loved ones may not fully grasp what it’s like to live in a body that doesn’t cooperate, or a mind that never seems to turn off. That’s why community is not just a bonus in the healing process—it’s essential.

At Enneagram RX, we create spaces where women can come together with honesty, vulnerability, and intention. In these small group settings, women begin to see themselves in one another’s stories. They feel less alone. They realize their pain doesn’t need to be hidden or fixed to be honored.
