How We Think Matters: Working With the Mind to Support Wellbeing (Online)

A Transformative Workshop for Women Living with Chronic Stress, Pain, or Illness using the Enneagram + Mind-Body Science

Engage your mind for good

When stress feels constant—personally and collectively—our minds often work overtime in an effort to keep us safe.

Over time, worry, self-criticism, and habitual thinking patterns can quietly shape how we feel in our bodies and how we experience daily life.

This gentle, yet powerful workshop invites you to slow down, notice how your mind is operating, and learn ways to engage it that support greater ease, clarity, and choice. Rather than trying to “fix” your thoughts, you’ll explore how to work with your mind—so it becomes a supportive ally in your wellbeing.

What You’ll Experience

  • Learn five common mistakes of thinking that humans make and how they shape your reality

  • Explore how the Enneagram's head, heart, and body centers influence the way you think and experience personal and collective stress

  • Understand how the science of neuroplasticity allows you to create new, healthier mental pathways—at any stage of life

  • Engage in simple, embodied practices designed to gently interrupt rumination and create more spaciousness

  • Leave with practical tools you can return to when stress or overwhelm take over

Why This Workshop?

During times of ongoing uncertainty, the mind often defaults to patterns that increase tension rather than restore balance. This workshop offers a compassionate, accessible way to bring awareness to those patterns and learn how to engage your mind with intention—so its energy supports rather than depletes you.

Space is intentionally limited to 8 women to support connection and meaningful engagement.
