When you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck in chronic stress, pain, or illness, it can feel isolating and exhausting.
We’ve been there—and what helped shift everything for us was learning how to turn inward with the right tools, the right support, and a framework that made sense of what was happening in our bodies and lives.
Now, we share that same approach with other women—blending Enneagram wisdom, mind-body science, and the healing power of community—to help you move from overwhelm to clarity, from fear to trust, and from stuckness to a renewed sense of agency in your health and life.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll engage in a supportive small group experience to help you better understand the patterns that keep you stuck—and the tools that can support you in shifting into feeling more grounded, empowered, and whole.

Grounding practices to access the three Enneagram Centers—Body, Heart, and Head—to support your full range of needs and emotions
Insights into how each Center influences your response to stress and how to work with that awareness
Simple, effective tools to calm your nervous system and regulate emotional intensity
Reflective prompts and creative journaling to help process and integrate what arises
Supportive group sharing in a safe, confidential space to further healing with community
Two individual coaching sessions to deepen your personal work (must be used by January 2026)

Kate Jackson and Patty Nelson are National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches and Enneagram Practitioners who support women navigating chronic stress, pain, and illness.
Their work integrates Enneagram wisdom, mind-body science, and the transformative power of healing in community. Drawing from both professional training and personal experience—Kate is a two-time Stage 4 cancer survivor, and Patty has lived with an autoimmune disease for over two decades—they create safe, experiential spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to reclaim their wellbeing from the inside out.
