This 3-hour introductory workshop from Enneagram Rx is designed for those who are new to the Enneagram and curious to understand the patterns that shape how they think, feel, relate, and respond to life. Blending foundational Enneagram teaching with insights into the mind-body connection, this experience offers an approachable and meaningful introduction to self-awareness and personal growth.

Whether you are completely new to the Enneagram, have attended one of our Enneagram Centers workshops, or are becoming more curious about your own type, this workshop offers a supportive place to begin.

In This Workshop You Will:

  • Gain a foundational understanding of the Enneagram, the 9 types, and the Three Centers of Intelligence: Head, Heart, and Body

  • Begin identifying patterns that may point toward your dominant center and type while increasing awareness of your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and stress responses

  • Experience reflection and simple mind-body practices in a welcoming small-group environment where curiosity is encouraged
