Recognizing Burnout Using the Enneagram Centers (Online)

Those in the healing profession are often skilled at caring for others while quietly overlooking the stress accumulating within themselves. Over time, constantly holding space, tending to others’ needs, and pushing through emotional and mental exhaustion can lead to irritation, compassion fatigue, disconnection from oneself, and eventually burnout.

This experiential online workshop introduces the Enneagram Centers as a compassionate framework for recognizing how stress and burnout uniquely show up in different practitioners and what supports greater balance and wellbeing.

Through the lens of the Head, Heart, and Body Centers, participants will explore:

  • Common burnout patterns connected to each Center

  • The core needs and emotions that drive stress responses

  • How different practitioners unconsciously overextend themselves

  • Practices that can support greater balance, awareness, and sustainability

This offering combines gentle teaching, reflection, and experiential practices designed to help participants better understand themselves with greater compassion and awareness and leave with ideas for continuing their personal growth.

Ideal for healthcare professionals, therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, educators, caregivers, and others in healing roles.

No prior knowledge of the Enneagram is required.

This is an all-gender workshop.
